Personal Link Hub is a Chrome browser extension that lets you save, categorize, and quickly access your frequently visited websites. This privacy policy explains what data the extension handles and how.

Data We Collect

None. Personal Link Hub does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data.

Data You Save

The extension stores the links you choose to save (titles, URLs, and categories) locally on your device using Chrome's built-in chrome.storage.local API. This data:

• Never leaves your device
• Is not transmitted to any server
• Is not accessible to the developer or any third party
• Can be deleted anytime by clearing the extension's storage or removing the extension

Permissions

• storage — Used only to save your link collection locally on your device.
• tabs — Used only when you click "Add Current Tab" (to read the active tab's title and URL) or click a saved link (to open it in a new tab). The extension does not monitor your browsing activity in the background.

Third-Party Services

The extension fetches favicon images from Google's public favicon service (www.google.com/s2/favicons) to display icons next to your saved links. Only the domain name of each saved link is sent to Google for this purpose. No personal data is sent.

Children's Privacy

The extension does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same URL with a new "Last updated" date.
